藤（藤波仕立） Japanese wisteria

Hello. I'll inform you of a new product today.
Even if I say so, a halfmoon has passed already since this was released :p
Japanese wisteria which was also submitted to Fantasy Faire.
新商品のご紹介です。
といっても、発売してから既に半月以上経っていますが。
ファンタジーフェアにも出品しました藤の花です。

I think Japanese wisteria sees the one planted in a shelf-like trellis much.But I like this shape using the natural shape of branch.
A "yamafuji" twines around other trees, and is in the wave state of the excellent flower, but this is "nodafuji" which is often used for a shelf.
But, "yamafuji" and the difference in "nodafuji" are the length of the floral bunch and the winding direction of the runner, so I don't worry about it so much in SL, and thinks it may be planted in a mountain. (A runner isn't being drawn so much and.)
藤は棚仕立ての方が馴染みが深いかもしれませんが自然の枝振りを生かした藤波仕立てのほうが、私は好きです。
山藤などは、他の樹に絡み付いて見事な藤波になっていますが、これはよく棚に仕立てられる、ノダフジです。とはいえ、ヤマフジとノダフジの違いは花房の長さと蔓の巻き方向ですので、SLではそれほど気にせず、山に植えてもいいと思います。（あまり蔓を描いていませんし）

今回のEXPOでは、ハーブ以外にいくつかの樹も発売しました。
今日はそちらのご紹介です。

これはファンタジーフェアでリリースしたとても背の高い樹のリアルバージョンです。
普通の庭にも使えるようなものが欲しいとご要望いただいて、10mくらいのものを作りました。
４本で1セットになっています。
テクスチャーチェンジスクリプトが入っていて、明るい緑から白まで葉っぱの色が変えられます。並木道等にも使えるかと思います。

そして最後が、 Promised treeと同じ形で作った楓です。
どうしても大きな楓が欲しくて、作ったのですが、こちらは Lサイズが18m、Mサイズが13mです。
春から秋まで使えます。

It is the yellow of a Hydrangea m. f. normalis.

Rush (Juncus effusus) い草

今日はい草のご紹介です。

When the fund-raising goods of JAPAN FAIR were considered at first, only quite quiet flowers were considered.

I like it, it is good. .

Therefore, the cherry tree of the representative of spring Japan was made.

最初JAPAN FAIRの募金商品を考えた時、かなり地味な花ばかり考えていました。
でもよく考えたら、地味な花って、ほんとに売れない。
自分は好きだからいいけど、植えてもインパクトないからどうしてもprimに余裕のある人しか使わない。
それで、春の日本の代表格の桜を作ったわけですが、やっぱりどうしても地味なものも作りたい。
で、いくつか候補に挙げていたものの中で、一番地味ない草を選びました。

Weeping cherry tree 枝垂桜

The cherry tree was released this year also following the "someiyoshino" taken out last year.It's a weeping cherry tree this year.
昨年出したソメイヨシノに続いて、今年も桜を出しました。今年は枝垂桜です。

私は京都出身ですので、桜といえば、円山公園の枝垂桜、祇園白川の桜、平安神宮の紅しだれ、我が家と縁の深かった仁和寺の御室桜、なんかが思い浮かぶんですが、白川以外は、ソメイヨシノじゃないですね。
春中咲く時期に合わせて、京都をあちこち回った気がします。
それでかどうか、桜はソメイヨシノ以外の方が好きです。

萩 bushclover

今日は、萩の花のご紹介です。

これも秋の七草の一つで、七草の中では一番華やかな花のではないかと思います。

色は、萩の代表と言える赤紫と、白。
形は中サイズと大きめのもの。それに、枝垂れパーツをつけています。

 

Basic low trees are 3prim.
But only the part of a flower can be used.

葛 kudzu

昨日出した葛のご紹介です。
秋の七草は主に、秋の野に咲く花から選ばれていますが、葛と言うと、どうしても旺盛な生命力に溢れた夏を思い出してしまいます。
それで作ったものも、結局葉っぱばかりが目立つものとなりました。

The Japanese iris was renewed although the season was the completely overdue information.  
The price is the same as before.

季節はかなりずれているのですが、花菖蒲のリニューアルをしました。
価格は以前と変わりませんが、小株にわけたものは１primになっていて、３本立ち、５本立ち、少し多めの株の３種入っています。

嵯峨菊 sagagiku (renewal)

通常primをスカルプprimに直したり、形や組み合わせを見直したりが主なリニューアル作業ですが、そのうち環境用のprimもスカルプよりメッシュが主体になったらまたやり直しかなぁと、ちょっと悩んでいます。
大きさを変えようと、prim数に影響しないスカルプは植物向きなのであまりこれ以上のリニューアルは考えられないのですが、一般普及型のPCがもっと高性能になって、サーバがもっと頑丈になって、回線が効率よくなったら、植物もリアルに総メッシュとかなるんでしょうか？

和の花の中では早い時期に出した花で、繊細な細い茎の花なので、フレキシブルなまま置いておこうかと思ったのですが、どうもお客様の傾向を見るに、フレキシブルなのよりprim数少ないほうが選ばれる感じですので、スカルプにしちゃいました。

薔薇園の改装中、、、と言いながら、古い薔薇を作り直していて、ふと他の花に手をかけてしまい、ますます薔薇園が遅れてしまっています。
時間が経つとどんどんやりたい事が増えるので困っちゃうんですが。

そんなわけで、手をかけた他の花１つめ。
今の時期の紫陽花の花畑です。

テクスチャは以前とほとんど変わっていませんが、primの組み方を変えて、以前より自然な感じに見えるようにしました。
またprim数も減っています。
カバー範囲は16m四方と 以前と同じなのですが、ボーダー状に植え込んだものが、サイズ違いで２種類。この２種類をそれぞれ４つづつ組み合わせて16m四方にしていますので、バラバラにすれば、道の脇などに植え込むボーダーガーデン用にも使えます。

桜 cherry tree

It has been two years since the tree of the big cherry tree was made the year before last.

昨晩やっと桜を販売しました。
一昨年大きな桜の樹を作ってから、実に２年です。
結局テクスチャーも描き直し、枝も組み直しで、作ってるうちにどんどん大きな樹になっちゃったんですが、自分の欲しい物が出来たと思います。

If I was a scripter, it was a script which can be constructed quickly :P, but this became a future subject.
惜しむらくは、季節チェンジに出来なかったこと。
木の形にこだわると、スクリプトを作り直しになり、スクリプトが今まで通りのだと、思った木の形に出来ない。
スクリプターさんならチャッチャと組めちゃうスクリプトなんですが、今回どこに治まりつけるかが最後まで読めなくて、結局季節チェンジは今後の課題となりました。

さて、リリースしたのは５種類です。

まず、単品の桜。通常サイズが２種。bigサイズが1種。
通常サイズは孫樹　と名前がついています。これはbigサイズのものに喜寿にかけた名前で、喜樹と名付けたので、その孫というイメージです。

 

Sonju is about 15m in height by 5prim.
Receiving, 30m or more of Kiju has by 18prim. 

孫樹は５primで高さがだいたい15mくらいです。

対して喜樹は18primで30m以上あります。

Sarcandra glabra 千両

Happy New Year.
It is the first information this year. 
あけましておめでとうございます。
というには、何とも気の抜けた日付ですが、ようやっとの初荷ということで、
今年初のblog更新です。

I think that I will release a lucky thing at the beginning of a year every year. 
毎年、年の初めには縁起物をリリースしようと思っていて、
その縛りの為に、初荷が遅れるという、あんまり喜ばしくない事態なのですが、
お正月くらいのんびりでもいいかなと、自分を甘やかしています。

A lucky item this year is Sarcandra glabra following Ardisia crenata last year. 
These are rich symbols in Japan. 
今年の縁起物は昨年の万両に続いて千両です。
じゃ来年は百両十両一両と続くのかと言うと、年々少なくなるのも、なんだかなぁ、、なので、多分続きません。一両は別名アリドオシなので、入れてもいいかなと思ってはいるのですが。

2kinds, a red berry and a yellow berry.  4kinds from which size is different.
I am glad if we have a color whose color is beautiful in the yard of winter which tends to become lonely enjoyed.

Japanese silver leaf ツワブキ

Today's introduction is a Japanese silver leaf.

今日のご紹介はツワブキです。

A Japanese silver leaf is a flower very familiar for me. It's in bloom in the small yard of the house in Kyoto in which I live a long time ago, & I sketched repeatedly. 
As the flower planted in the yard,
probably, it was convenient, since it grew up in good health and the beautiful leaf was admired always glossily, even if it neglected it. 
I think that it was always also in the neighboring house. 
これは私にとって、すごく馴染みの深い花で、昔住んでいた京都の家の壷庭に咲いていたのを、何度も何度も描いた記憶があります。
最初に絵にしたのは、確か小学校２年の頃でした。
 庭植えとしては、放っておいても丈夫に育ち、いつもつやつやときれいな葉っぱを観賞できるので、便利だったのでしょう。
近所の家にも必ず植えてあったように思います。

It was the cultivated species containing spots which was planted in my home.
This time, the kind containing spots is not making.  
Is Japanese silver leaf of an English name a name from the impression of light reflected in a glossy leaf? 
Although there are other English names and it is called leopard plant, probably, this is the name the kind containing spots was named.The peculiar spots similar to leopard enter.
うちにあったのは、斑入り園芸品種だったのですが、 今回斑入りは作っていません。
英名のJapanese silver leafは、つやつやの葉っぱに反射する光の印象からの名前でしょうか？
もうひとつ通ってる英名があって、leopard plantと言いますが、こちらは斑入り品種に付けられた名前でしょう。豹に似た独特の斑が入ります。

The texture change is put in so that it may be planted also as a foliage plant.
It is in a state with a flower in autumn.
Please enjoy the other season only in the state of a leaf.

chinese bellflower 桔梗

Today's introduction is a Chinese bellflower.

今日のご紹介は桔梗です。

There are seven sorts of flowers loved as a flower representing autumn in Japan.
A Chinese bellflower is one of them.
桔梗は秋の七草で朝顔の花と歌われてる 花です。

The seven flowers of autumn are sung to the famous Japanese poem of 31 syllables in the old anthology "Manyousyu." 
If the flower which is in bloom in the fields of autumn is counted with a finger, they will be seven sorts of flowers.  
Bushclover   Japanese pampas grass   Kudzu   Pink   Patrinia scabiosaefolia   Thoroughwort   Chinese bellflower 　(It's the free translation of 2 poetry)

秋の野に 咲きたる花を 指折り かき数ふれば 七種の花
（萬葉集 第八巻 秋の雑歌にある山上憶良(やまのうえのおくら)の歌　またその旋頭歌（せどうか）として）
萩の花 尾花 葛花 瞿麦の花 姫部志（をみなへし） また藤袴 朝貌の花
この２つの歌が　秋の七草の元とされています。

春の七草が食用の野草であるのに対して、秋の七草、あくまで観賞用です。
春の七草のリズムの良い覚え方に倣って、秋の七草も同じリズムで覚える覚え方があります。

In fact, the seven flowers of autumn were due to draw the kudzu.

秋の七草は実は葛を描く予定だったんですが（確か去年辺りにそんなことを書いていたと思う。葛ってRLで山ほど見るのに、SLでまったく見かけないから作りたかったんですよね）秋草リリースしますって言ったら、桔梗を作ってくださいってリクエストがあったので、こちらがを優先しました。

Although the form was ready too much on the ball, and the flower of the Chinese bellflower was like the artificial flower, and it was hard to draw it and it was an impression, the truly well-organized form was very easy in work.
桔梗の花って形があまりに整いすぎてて、造花みたいで描きにくいなぁって印象だったんですが、さすが整った形は作業的にはすごく楽でした。

The Chinese bellflower which blooms in the fields is tall unexpectedly, and is the impression carried out feebly. 
In the yellowish field of autumn, I think that it was probably a flower which appearance makes sure.
野に咲く桔梗は、案外背が高く、ひょろっとした印象です。
秋の黄色っぽい野原では、確かに見栄えのする花だったのだろうと思います。

Now, probably, it's familiar as a material of the flower arrangement in autumn, since it sells at a florist.
今では花屋さんで普通に売ってるので、野草としてよりも、秋の花材として馴染みが深いかもしれません。

burnet bloodwort 吾亦紅

Today's introduction is burnet bloodwort .
こんにちは。
今日のご紹介は吾亦紅です。

The Japan name of this flower has the meaning "I am also red." 
It's Kyoshi Takahama's haiku poem.
"I'm also red -- quietly" 
この花が紹介されてる時、かなりの確率で紹介される句があります。
「吾も亦紅なりとひそやかに」という高浜虚子の句です。

It's at the time of a junior high school that I found this phrase.
There is a memory which wrote the prose in the image "I'm red" ="I'm woman." 
私がこの句を見つけたのは中学の頃だったと思います。
紅なりという部分を、女です。という意味にかけて、拙い散文を書いた覚えがあります。

I think of the word, "I am red" to be a meaning, "I am a flower".
In fact, this grass is rose family with many trees and plants having a gorgeous flower.
When a leaf is seen, it is an odd number pinnate compound leaf with the feature. 
私も赤ですよ！という主張は色だけでなく、私も花なんですよという主張にも思える。
事実この草は華やかな花を持つ草木の多い、バラ科です。
葉を見るとその特徴のある奇数羽状複葉です。

It's a flower letting I think about various meanings.
いろんな意味を考えさせてくれる草でもあります。

jumpseed 水引

こんにちは。
今日は水引のご紹介です。

Although released as a flower of autumn, it begins to bloom from the start of summer in practice.
秋の花として出しましたが、実は花期が長く秋も咲いているというだけで、実際は夏の初めから咲き出します。

mizuhiki of a name of Japan also has data currently explained to be the name attached since the stalk of the thin flower seemed to be mizubiki.
However, mizuhiki is the name which came from the color of the flower. 
As for flower, the upper part is red and the lower part is white. 
(Mizubiki is the decoration attached to a present in Japan.
Various colors are properly used by the meaning of a present. )
細い花穂が水引のようだからついた名前であるとされている文献もありますが、水引をよく見れば、花の色から来た名前であろうことは、すぐに想像できます。
花は、上下きれいに、紅白に分かれています。

The leaf is too form without the characteristic. However,
A lot of things which a spot is in can tell the difference with others.
葉はあまり特徴のない形ですが、斑が入っているものが多く、すぐに他のものと見分けがつきます。

There is also a kind of white flower and it is called "silver mizubiki" here.
This is another kind although there is also grass named "golden mizubiki."
白い花の種類もあり、こちらは「銀水引」と呼ばれています。
「金水引」という名前の草もありますが、これは全くの別種です。

金銀の水引
the gold-coloured mizuhiki is used for weddings. It can also be used for other celebrations such as a new home, but in this case you should put lots of money inside.

赤白の水引     
the red-white mizuhiki is used for celebrations in general - most presents are accompanied by red-white mizuhiki. In general for festivities that are welcome to happen more than one.

五色の水引     
the five-coloured mizuhiki is used to ward of evil. You can use it to celebrate a birth or the first day at school.　You often see five-coloured flags at temples, which is why this mizuhiki is also used for temple festivities or when somebody buys a cemetary plot

黄白の水引 
the gold-white mizuhiki are used for Buddhist celebrations, anniversaries of funerals or offerings made to a temple

黒白の水引     
black-white mizuhiki are used for funerals

双銀の水引     
the silver-mizuhiki is used for funeral money and to pay the buddhist priest for a service performance

金赤の水引 
the red-golden mizuhiki is used to pay for shinsatsu or kadomatsu at the shrine



蝶結びは何度でも解き結びなおせますように、つまり、「何度あっても良い」と言った願いが込められている。なので、仏事や結婚で使わないようにしましょう。
Then there's different "ribbons" - the bow knot (cho-musubi) is used for things that "are welcome to happen more than once" - so are not used for funerals and weddings.
出産（子宝に恵まれますように）、入学（何度もさらに上に進学できますように）、お歳暮（来年にも贈れますように）、賞品（何度も賞が獲れますよう に）、昇進（何度も昇進されますように）・・・ 
the bow knot-type is the mizuhiki for births (to have many children), when entering school (after primary school to get into junior high school, senior high school and eventually university), for seasonal greetings (to send them again next year), for prizes (so you can win again) and for promotions (to be promoted again) etc.
結びきりとは、「繰り返さない」、「一度だけある」という意味で用いられる。結婚祝い（離婚しないように）、快気祝い（再度入院しないように）、香典（葬儀は繰り返さないように）　
the musubi-kiri (mostly a simple knot as shown on the right) is for things you don't wish to happen again - so for weddings (you don't want the couple to get a divorce and get married again), for hospital visits (to not get back into hospital) and for funerals (to not have another funeral in the family)

sundrops 待宵草

The wild flower of autumn released the other day is introduced. 
こんにちは
先日リリースした秋の草を順にご紹介していきます。

First, it's sundrop.
sundrop also has an alias called Evening primrose. 
primrose is primula. To be sure, the forms of a primula and a flower are alike.
However, these are completely different kinds.
まずは待宵草。
待宵草の英名はEvening primroseというのもあります。
primroseとは桜草のことで、確かに園芸種のプリムラと花の形は似ています。
しかし、これは全く別の種です。

Sundrop is reminded of the moon from the color of a flower at Japan.  
An image called the sun to it is interesting as it shows the bit of the different culture.
日本では花の色から、月が思い出されることが多いのですが、それに対して「太陽の雫」という名前が見方の違いを表しているようで面白かったので、英名はこちらを使いました。 

Originally sundrop is a kind which blooms in the daytime.
evening primrose is a kind which blooms at night. 
本来はsundropは昼に咲く種類。
evening primroseは夜に咲く種類と別けられていたようですが、種の交配が激しく、ごっちゃになって来ている上、SLでは終日花が咲いた状態なので、その辺りは好みでいいかなと、、

Although released as a flower of autumn of Japan, in fact, it is a clear naturalized plant.  It does not leak to the example of a naturalized plant, but is an uncanny prolific flower. 
However, although it arrives at wasteland first, if other plants increase in number, a place will be quickly yielded to them.
日本の秋の花としてリリースしていますが、実はれっきとした帰化植物です。 帰化植物の例に漏れず、すごく繁殖力の強い花です。
ですが、荒れ地に一番乗りする割には、他の植物が増えて来るとさっさと場所を譲る、イイヤツでもあります。

now I think that I will move it to the place which does not have other grass to a slight degree if time passes although the sample is planted into the grass of Aught.
今サンプルは、Aughtの草の中に植えてありますが、時期が過ぎたら、もう少し他の草のない場所に移してやろうと思います。


ところで、待宵草というと、竹久夢二作詞の　宵待草　を連想する人が多いのですが、
実はこの歌が出来た頃、宵待草という名前の花はありませんでした。
この歌の流行った後に、待宵草が、宵待草と呼ばれることもあるようになったということです。
